Terms and conditions

1. Reservations

Subject to availability. Reservations are considered confirmed once payment is processed. Guests must provide accurate information. The reservation applies only to the selected residence, dates, and number of guests.

2. Rates and Payments

Applicable rates are displayed prior to payment. Payments are processed via Wix and Stripe. Upon payment confirmation, the guest will receive reservation details via the contact information provided.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (noon).

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, prior authorization, and potential additional charges.

4. Number of Guests

The maximum capacity specified at the time of booking must be respected. Exceeding occupancy limits without prior authorization is not permitted.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, shortened stays, or no-shows.

6. Modifications

Any changes to dates, the residence, or the number of guests are subject to availability and prior authorization from Hotel Chukum. As rates are non-refundable, a modification request does not guarantee changes or refunds.

7. Conduct and Damages

Guests must use the facilities responsibly, respecting the peace and safety of others. Guests are liable for any intentional or negligent damage to furniture or property.

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted in the residences or common areas.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We advise against leaving valuables unattended and recommend utilizing the establishment's security measures.

10. Photographs and Descriptions

We strive to keep information up to date; however, certain services, amenities, or photographs may be subject to operational changes or availability. 11. Force Majeure

Hotel Chukum shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, in accordance with applicable law.

12. Modifications to the Terms

Hotel Chukum reserves the right to update these terms. The current version will always be published on this website.
